Susan started IFI Training in 1995 with three other partners. She has been instrumental in building a curriculum of workshops to transfer skills in the
areas of Communication, Sales, and Leadership. Susan also taught business presentation skills as an Adjunct Professor in the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University from 2000 to 2004.
Scott has been working in the corporate training arena for over 28 years. During this time, he has worked with such companies as Motorola, AT&T, General Electric, Abbott Laboratories, Eli Lilly, Banc One, Baxter Healthcare, Experian, Apple Computers, Volkswagen, Exxon, CH2M HILL, Lockheed Martin, and Raytheon to name a few.
Garth received his doctorate from the University of Nebraska in Business Education and has built his career consulting and training with corporations all over the world transferring real-world skills to business professionals. He has written numerous articles and books including the best selling Say It Right, a guide to effective oral presentations.
Gil is a highly successful consultant with an extensive background in team management, proposal consulting and training services, and marketing communications. He has focused on building and empowering teams to act aggressively and independently within the organizational structure — to achieve successful outcomes.
Melissa has worked with local companies as well as some of the country’s leading businesses including: Guess Inc., Young Living, InfoTrax, Wells Fargo, and Nature’s Sunshine to name a few. Melissa is a people person. She has a gift for connecting with others. That ability makes her extremely effective as a training consultant in helping improve the skills of others.
