Working with Bias and Conflict

Bias can be a natural challenge for individuals. We focus on the following people problems: working with bias (against values, experience and personality), working with personality conflict (pride and logic vs. emotion), and managing a team that is full of different biases and personality conflicts (using purpose and finding key roles)
