3D Relationships

Personality: Jungle Motives

This tool is our unique personality assessment that is more accurate and user friendly than other personality instruments. Jungle Motives tells the user what “animal” they are: Monkey, Bear, Horse, or Jungle Cat. The tool then helps the user understand how to communicate with different “animals” to improve relationships. Jungle Motives is an integral part of our leadership and “people development” curriculum.

Perspective: The Five Waves Model

Our Five Wave Model is our take on “generational” training. Unlike generations, waves are not dependent on age, but divides groups by social waves. A significant element of Waves helps participants customize communication to other waves and gives participants ways to connect and form better relationships.

Is our tool to form deeper relationships of trust and respect. Comprehensive Leadership Inventory

Understand what makes great leaders and how to apply that dynamic leadership to any circumstance. The Comprehensive Leadership Inventory (CLI) will give leaders of all experience levels a basis for evaluating strengths and weaknesses and provide a framework for improvement. Unlike many one or two dimensional leadership training, CLI provides skills in all Five Dimensions of Leadership including: Communication, People, Persuasion, Productivity, and Organization.

The Process Approach

Business professionals need a step-by-step process to create effective communication in a timely manner. Our Process Approach will take the mystery out of written and oral communication and provide consistent results with all forms of communication.  This communication tool is based on the old saying “tell them what you are going to tell them, tell them, tell them what you told them”. The four “mats” or boxes make up the perfect form of communication for documents, email, presentations, meetings, elevator speeches, and even phone conversations. This tool helps participants to get information out quickly by focusing on the purpose and action of the message. Using the 4Mat increases communication effectiveness while decreasing preparation time by as much as 50%.

BRF is an acronym for Benefit, Result, and Feature. BRF-ing is a form of communication that starts with the customer (literally) and focuses on the Benefits and Results for the customer of what you offer. BRF-ing will increase your proposal win percentage by 30%.
